The management team is comprised of seasoned veterans who provide a wealth of knowledge in commercial banking/lending, development, leasing, management, and commercial construction. Following is a synopsis of the skill set that the PINNACLE management team brings to the table:

  • Indentify Development Opportunities- indentify superior quality projects consisting of office, retail, industrial, and build-to-suit projects.
  • Oversee Construction- oversee all aspects of construction consisting of site work, utility work, paving and slab construction, steel erection, tilt wall, stone and brick construction, and interior build out ranging from standard to superior finishes.
  • Provide Management/Leasing Services- prepare budget and operating statements, provide administration, engineering, inspections, maintenance and accounting services and oversee lease negotiations.
  • Identify Financing Opportunities- identify and negotiate favorable construction and long-term loans.
