Robert founded Brazos Contractors and Development, Inc in 1995. He is currently the President and owner of the company. Brazos has built over 150 company owned Dominos stores. It was also the general contractor on the 77,875 square foot JDR North American Headquarters. Brazos has re-imaged over 450,000 square feet of shopping centers.

In 1983 Robert started at Crocker Realty Corporation as a partaner in the commercial real estate brokerage. During Mr. Cranshaw’s tenure, Crocker consummated the largest office lease in Houston in 1983, closed over 900,000 square feet of office leases and completed construction of 490,000 of tenant finish. He played a vital role in the company’s office building leasing, sales and tenant finish construction business.

Robert Cranshaw started his real estate career at Laguarta, Garvel and Kirk. He obtained his real estate broker license in 1982.

Mr. Cranshaw graduated from Stephen F. Austin University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance. He currently lives in Clear Lake with his wife and 3 children.
